Sian Edwards is the Registered Manager at Brooke House and brings over 14 years of experience across domiciliary care, residential care, nursing services, and dementia care.
Sian is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for every resident. She leads the team with a hands-on approach, ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualised support tailored to their needs and preferences.
Working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and staff, Sian is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, respected, and supported.
Outside of work, Sian enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is committed to her ongoing professional development within the care sector.
Anne Weetman
Finance and Administration Manager

Anne joined Brooke House in 2014 after a successful 26-year career in the banking sector, where she developed extensive experience in customer service, administration, and financial management.
As Finance and Administration Manager, Anne plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the home. She oversees financial administration, compliance, admissions support, and office management, ensuring residents, families, and staff receive efficient and professional support.
Anne is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for residents and their families. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and approachable manner make her a valued member of the Brooke House team.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with her family and friends.
